Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer and may change if the inventory, access, distance, waiting time or required service changes.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after EL-ROI Logistics Limited issues written confirmation and any required deposit has been received.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate access information, arrange parking where required and identify fragile, valuable, hazardous or unusually heavy items before the move.
