Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to quotations, bookings and services provided by EL-ROI Logistics Limited. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these terms.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer and may be revised if the inventory, addresses, access, parking arrangements, stairs, waiting time, journey requirements or other relevant circumstances differ from the information originally provided.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only when EL-ROI Logistics Limited has provided confirmation and any required deposit has been received. Any remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms agreed for the booking.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the move or delivery, including collection and delivery locations, access restrictions, parking, stairs, unusually heavy items and fragile, valuable or hazardous items. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary parking permissions or permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes, cancellations and delays

Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Charges may apply where a booking is cancelled or changed at short notice or where our team has already committed time or resources. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive and complete services as agreed, but timings may be affected by traffic, weather, access problems, breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Items we may refuse

We may refuse to transport items that are illegal, unsafe, inadequately packed or likely to cause injury or damage. Hazardous materials must not be included unless their transport has been specifically agreed and can be carried lawfully and safely.

Care of goods and claims

We will take reasonable care when handling customers' goods. Any loss or damage should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible with relevant details and supporting evidence so that the matter can be investigated. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Removal and disposal services

Where EL-ROI Logistics Limited agrees to remove items for disposal, the customer confirms that they have authority to dispose of those items. Disposal services will be carried out using appropriate lawful disposal arrangements.

Our services

We reserve the right to decline, suspend or stop work where continuing would be unsafe, unlawful or materially different from the service that was booked. Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges where agreed.

Consumer rights

These terms do not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
